  • Billing Data: Transaction histories and subscription tiers. Note: Actual credit card processing is securely handled by our PCI-compliant payment partners (e.g., PayU, PayPal). We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Metrics: Model token consumption rates, API request logs, and dashboard interaction analytics to maintain system health.

2. Our "Zero-Training" Data Guarantee

We fundamentally respect your intellectual property. PrismHub AI does not use your personal data, chat history, uploaded documents, or custom prompt configurations to train or fine-tune our foundational models. Furthermore, we strictly mandate zero-retention policies with all our upstream API partners (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Meta) whenever supported by their enterprise SLA tiers.

3. Data Security & Storage

We deploy robust, enterprise-grade cloud architectures via AWS (Amazon Web Services). Data in transit is secured using modern TLS encryption, and data at rest (including your saved custom agents and chat histories stored in DynamoDB) is heavily encrypted. We maintain rigorous access controls and conduct regular vulnerability assessments to protect your digital workspace.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party applications via our App Marketplace, you authorize PrismHub AI to transmit relevant operational data to those external services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms, and we strongly encourage you to review their respective privacy agreements.
